- For hygiene reasons, opening the order is not permissible.
- Refund/Exchange is only offered within 48 hours of receiving a defective scarf or wrong scarf other than the one you ordered.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with a tag attached.
- The order amount will be refunded by online money transfer once the courier receives the defective item(s) through InstaPay or Mobile Wallet.
