Refunds & Exchanges

  • For hygiene reasons, opening the order is not permissible. 
  • Refund/Exchange is only offered within 48 hours of receiving a defective scarf or wrong scarf other than the one you ordered. 
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with a tag attached.
  • The order amount will be refunded by online money transfer once the courier receives the defective item(s) through InstaPay or Mobile Wallet.

Online Shopping

  • We don’t have a physical store, all orders are placed online through our Website/Instagram DM/Facebook/WhatsApp.
  • We try as much as possible to help you make a good decision by depicting the product as clearly as possible.
  • Photos of models, close-ups, and descriptions will all help you find the scarf of choice. For additional customer photos and reviews please visit our Instagram page here.
  • Note though that there are limitations to photography as lighting differences can alter slightly the colors of a scarf. Moreover, the colors would look differently from one device screen to another, and light adjustments on each device to another.

With all those limitations, we still try our best to make the colors look as close as technically it is possible to the colors in real life. 

Shipping Policy

 - Inside Egypt:

  • Please be aware shipping times may vary according to your location.
  • Placed orders take 2-4 business working days to deliver.
  • Please add any shipping notes during the purchase process like the preferred day/time to receive your order.

  - International:

  • International shipping takes around 1-2 weeks according to the destination country.
  • All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do, however, do our best to minimize your costs upon arrival to your country.
