Not as expected

The colour is awsome and fabric But when I washed it with water only, the colors were bleeding and faded.. I'm really disappointed of this result.
I've reported about that and they replied very professional and nicely as I appreciate their handling of situation. They promised me to get another one instead of the damaged and now I'm waiting their action.

أنا شايفاها كويسه بس اللون الأبيض فيها معجبنيش اوي خصوصا انو مش شبه الصوره الي علي الموقع أنا شايفه لو بقت نفس لون الي علي الموقع هتبقي افضل
