• Refund/Exchange is only offered within 24 hours of receiving a defective scarf or wrong scarf other than the one you ordered. 
• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with a tag attached.
• The order amount will be refunded by online money transfer once the courier receives the defective item(s) through InstaPay or Mobile Wallet.
• Refunds cannot be issued for international orders after dispatch.
